Who are we?

ELAUNCH offers a mobile learning platform and training games to train staff from various companies in a fun and engaging way. Our clients include MediaMarkt Saturn, Carpetright, Samsung, Apple and Google. We’re looking for a Game Designer intern to bring our new game-based learning projects to life.

What will you do?

Together with our design team you will work on new training games. You will help with optimising the game flow, work on implementation and coming up with new game mechanics and feedback.

  • Together with the team you will build several episodes for our new training game series.
  • You'll do research, analyse games and brainstorm with our game designers for new game concepts.
  • You’ll ensure the gameplay is a good fit for the target demographic. You’ll also look for inconsistencies in the script, story, and gameplay.
  • You think of ways to polish and enhance our gaming & learning experiences.
  • You take into account the scalability and effectiveness of your product, so that it exactly matches the wishes of the customer.
